Rahmi Aydemir
Founder & CEO
Entrepreneur, executive, graphic novel writer and producer. Rahmi Aydemir founded Gara Management Consultancy after working as a Business Development Manager. He is the managing partner of a software company and also a part-time lecturer at the Department of Digital Game Design at Istanbul Aydın University. Aydemir, who was selected as one of the young energy leaders by the Bosphorus Energy Club in 2016, has been a speaker on “Energy, digitalization and sustainability” at various summits, seminars and conferences for many years.

Rahmi Aydemir, whose first book "Surdurulebilir Yasam ve Enerji Söylesileri" was published in September 2013 and brought many children together with the library, has a bachelor's degree from Karadeniz Technical University and a master's degree from Istanbul University. He is also interested in ancient languages, mythology and piano.
Gamze Aydemir
CFO
Finance specialist and financial advisor. Gamze Aydemir, Woman in Games Ambassador, has worked as a finance specialist, manager and auditor in different sectors. Gamze Aydemir, who has a master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Istanbul University, has studies on circular economy and blockchain economy.

She also gives lectures at many private institutions and universities and takes place as a speaker.
Özgür Sevindik
Ozgur Sevindik, a computer programming graduate from Ege University, founded OSOA Software and IT Consulting after working as an IT manager in the field of supply and logistics. Here, he developed payment services software for various financial institutions, especially Garanti Bank, and waste tracking software on behalf of the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. He is currently the CTO for Lugal Games.
